All employees are carefully screened. We conduct thorough criminal background searches, pre-employment verifications, pre-employment drug screens and suitability investigations. All officers, at some locations, are required to complete personality profiles.
Our officers receive classroom and field training prior to assignment. Permanently assigned officers receive additional site-specific training to understand our customer’s requirements and expectations. Refresher training is routinely provided.

Our 24-hour Support Center facility features experienced and trained operators with state of the art technology, which allows us to monitor attendance and performance of every scheduled employee nationwide, attendance presence, and life/safety issues to ensure contractual obligations are met. We also feature the use of Sprint/Nextel cellular and 2-way communication with its managers, supervisors, response officers and clients.

Quality
We recruit quality and experienced staffs that further impart training to the team down the line staff. We prefer ex service men from defense or other experienced person from the same trade. Training programmed is designed as per the need of the job or requirement of the client.

Security Guard
Eligibility: Ex-service man or candidate having passed 10th class with knowledge of English and Hindi.
Age: 18-45 years
Height: 5 feet 7 inches or more
Weight: Proportionate to height
Security Supervisor
Eligibility: Ex-service man of the rank of havaldar or equilent or graduate in any discipline with minimum 1-year experience in security industry in similar post.
Age: 18-45 years
Height: 5 feet 8 inches or more
Weight: Proportionate to height
Armed Guards
Eligibility: Ex-service man or candidate having valid arm license with permitted arms and ammunition.
Age: 18-45 years
Height: 5 feet 8 inches or more
Weight: Proportionate to height
Disqualification
Negative character record by civil police, conviction by any court and or dismissal from any service on the ground of misconduct or moral issues.
Training
Basic Training is imparted to all the staff joining into guarding team this includes:
- Knowledge of security
- How to wear uniform
- Documentation to maintain necessary registers day to day
- Telephone handling and maintain the message book First Aid
- Handing/ taking over on post
On job/ Post Training (Individualized training): Daily
Conducted by post manager/ team leader of each shift and covers the essential duties, day happenings, and any special instructions.
Collective Training
Once in a fortnight conducted by operation managers and training officer.
