Maintenance Option

Nam 24 Seven Security Services will provide bi-annual visits to site during normal working hours to test if equipment is in working condition.

Activity Report Option

Nam 24 Seven Security Services  will provide monthly report which records all signals received by Central Monitoring Station from the equipment during the Agreement Term.

Events Supervision Option

Nam 24 Seven Security Services will monitor signals transmitted from alarm equipment at site to the Central Monitoring Station such as AC Loss, Low Battery and System Checks.

Key-holding Option

Provides response to Security Intrusion alarms over 12-hour schedule stipulated by customer and includes 24-hours coverage on Sunday and Public Holidays.

In partnership with an insurance company, Nam 24 Seven Security Services can offer a more cost effective way to protect your home and household contents. Additional coverage could be provided for you and your family for losses sustained whilst within the premises.
